When Lars Danielsson in Varberg was going through his old photo negatives, he found a picture he had taken over 50 years ago, now he wants to get in touch with the woman in the photo. But he has no idea who she is.
One summer evening in 1969, Lars Danielsson and his friends were going to dance in Halmstad. Before the dance, they took a turn on the Eastern beach where they met three girls. One of the girls caught Lars’s interest.
– I thought she moved so rhythmically and gracefully. So I plucked up the courage and asked her if I could take a picture, says Lars Danielsson.
She answered yes and Lars was very pleased with the picture.
– In the picture, she holds her left hand so nicely that she captures the whole of this beautiful summer evening atmosphere.
Now the picture has been lying around for 54 years and when he found it he felt he wanted to show it to the woman. He always shows photos of people he has depicted. The only problem is that he doesn’t know anything about her.
– No more than that she moved so beautifully and the sun shone so beautifully in her blonde hair. That’s all I know, he says.
