    – We are very positive because we know that camera surveillance is effective, both in terms of prevention but also purely operational when something happens, she says.

It can be anything from seeing signs and registration numbers to escape routes. But the cameras are also good in hindsight when the crimes are to be investigated.

    – We have a number of convictions where the camera surveillance was an important part of the evidence.

  • Was it real or a joke that you weren’t allowed to have a purse at Allsång På Skansen

    What is the reason then?

    Anna

That’s right Anna! And that’s because of the bag ban that was introduced in November due to the heightened terror threat level. However, you may bring your bag into Skansen, it is precisely the concert area that is covered by the ban.

    bernt_thuresson53

Hi Bernt! We have a lot of readers with very different interests – and that’s lucky! Judging by our statistics, many people wanted to read it yesterday. 😄

  • Do you have any statistics on shootings, explosions etc. this year? I feel like I’ve been reading new ones every morning 🙁

    Have a great day everyone.

    Staffan V.

Hello! The police for statistics on that, which you will find here! Then from time to time we also make summaries of e.g. shooting deaths. So far this year, 18 people have been shot dead, so the number is down from last year. But compared to our neighboring countries, it is still at a high level.
