Crime fans hold their breath. Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc is finally set to investigate again in December. The new trailer for Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery reveals what a full load of excitement, fun and bloodshed the Netflix subscribers: inside is in the house. And it gets really personal too.

In the Netflix hit Knives Out 2, a billionaire plots his own death

Because as you can see in the trailer, Blanc is already shedding tears here. Which event caused the grief is of course still completely open. Actually, only tech billionaire Miles Bron (Edward Norton) invited a few acquaintances like YouTube star Duke (Dave Bautista) to his island to play a kind of murder in the dark for the rich. And he wants to be the victim himself.

Of course it turns out differently, there is actually a dead man and the rest of the evening party will in all likelihood get at each other’s hair beautifully. As in the first Knives Out, the attraction here is not just the crime story, but above all the intoxicating acting by stars like Norton, Craig, Kathryn Hahn and Ethan Hawke.
