Nieuwegein – Two Nieuwegeiners suspected of trafficking in large quantities of cannabis have been sentenced to long prison terms by the Utrecht court. The court finds it proven that A. and H., in their thirties, were involved as middlemen in the import and export of hemp and hashish. They regularly smuggled large quantities of cannabis to Germany, but also traded in soft drugs in the Netherlands.
