The crash occurred at About 12:30 PM On Bayham Drive Southwest of the Town, Opp Said in a media release.

Norfolk Opp for Investigating the Theft of A Pick-Up Truck from a queensway west address in simcoe.

Upon Arrival, Officers Found A Silver 2005 Cadillac Escalade SUV Abandoned at the scene. Police Learned the SUV HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM AN ADDRESS IN MISSISSAUGA.

Six Nations Police have charged a 29-YEAR-OHSWEKEN MAN with a drinking and driving Following A FEB. 22 Single Motor Vehicle collision ON 3RD LINE.
Police were feel to the scene after receiving a report about the collision at About 11:46 am Six Nations Fire and Paramedics also Responded to the Scene.
Officers Spoke to Witnesses who Told Them That There Had Been Two People in the Vehicle. The Driver was Still on the Scene But A Passenger Had Been Picked Up by A Passing Vehicle and Left Prior to Police Arrival.
Upon Speaking With The Driver, Officers Noticed Signs of Impament, Said a Media Release.
The driver was subsequently charged with driving with more than the legal limit of alcohol in his blood, Dangerous Driving and Driving Without A License. He is Scheduled to Appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford in April.
The Driver’s Vehicle was also impounded for seven days.
