Arsenal ‘touches’ Barça’s plan B if Haaland doesn’t arrive
Alexander Isak, striker for Real Sociedad, is an attractive target for many in the next market and several clubs are already taking positions. After the refusal and the signing of Vlahovic by Juve, Arsenal is one of the most interested in the Swedish striker.
As reported by Sport, Arsenal would have contacted the player’s entourage again to reemphasize their interest, already shown in winter, and try to lower the termination clause to which Real Sociedad refers to 80 million euros.
For the gunners that price is out of the market and they hope that in the summer it can be lowered to undertake the signing.
This is bad news for Barcelona. Although Haaland is the favorite, Isak is also on the list to reinforce the attacking point. The Swede is plan B if the signing of the Norwegian is not consummated.
