The 18-year-old impressively big today and won junior gold at the SM.
The Swedish jump Lynn Svahn had to leave the WC without a medal but impressively still big in Slovenian Planica. After two nightmare years with injuries, the Swede exceeded all expectations with double fourth places in both sprint and distance.
Svahn’s success
But now the 23-year-old gets competition on the ski slopes from his own blood. Little sister Alva Svahn struck today with a really successful run and won junior gold at the SM.

It was in Thursday’s JSM sprint race in Gällivare that 18-year-old Alva was the fastest of all and made a big impression.
– She does it so coldly, says the commentator Richard Olsson in live broadcast on SportExpressen.

Alva’s stroke of genius
Little sister Svahn won after a tactical stroke of genius where she lay on her back before the riot and then stepped out into her own lane and sprinted past to get her hands on the gold medal.
– I knew it was a heavy headwind and difficult headwind. That’s why I tried to stay behind and sprint at the end and it worked well, says Alva in the TV broadcast.
