She was born Polina; in France, she becomes Pauline. A few letters and everything changes.

When she arrived as a child in Saint-Étienne, the day after the fall of the USSR, she split into two: Polina at home, Pauline at school. Twenty years later, she lives in Montreuil. She has an appointment at the Court of Bobigny to try to recover her first name.
