According to the organization, the fact that the number of conversations at the Luisterlijn remains so high is mainly due to heavier and longer conversations about sadness, loneliness or other concerns. People can not only tell their story by calling, but also via chat and e-mail 24 hours a day. The Listen Line is therefore urgently looking for new volunteers to meet a major social demand.
