“It is a complex task, where the attraction tower, the roof of the pool hall and the load-bearing glulam beams probably need to be demolished, while it is important to avoid further damage to surfaces that have so far survived the fire,” NCC writes in a press release.
One person died in the large fire that broke out on Oceana in mid-February.
