The Grunden Bois goalkeeper bursts into tears at the idol’s beautiful action.
Recent years have Linus Ullmark developed into Sweden’s best goalkeeper in the NHL. The 30-year-old, with a past in Modo, has been a huge success between the posts for the Boston Bruins and last year received the most prestigious award.
Ullmark is a role model
Ullmark received the mighty “Vezina Trophy” as the NHL’s very best goaltender. A heavy trophy that only a few Swedish hockey goalies have received before.

But Linus is not only fantastic on the ice, but also a real role model as a person on the sidelines. A video, watch it below, of his heartwarming act is now spreading around the hockey world.
The gift for Simon
The basic Bois goalkeeper Simon is a passionate Boston Bruins fan and his big idol is Linus Ullmark. Now his big dream has come true after the idol got in touch.
– The Boston Bruins have been in touch and sent this to you, says the Grunden Bois coach Emily in the video, see it below.
– Is it true? Is it true!? YES!! Very crazy!, Simon exclaims in pure happiness when he opens the package.

Then Simon also receives an unexpected video greeting from North America and then he bursts into tears.
– Wait Simon! That you have me as an idol, it is extremely honourable. I hope we can meet sometime, says Ullmark in a greeting.
– Thank you very much! Thank you to the Boston Bruins and my best Ullmark, for showing your kind heart to me and my family, says a very touched Simon.

The emotional video is currently being widely distributed throughout the hockey world and everyone is praising the admirable gesture of Linus Ullmark and the Boston Bruins.
