Linn Svahn’s giant rage – rages and roars now against worst rival Kristine Stavås Skistad: “I think that…”

The chicks are getting tighter and harder between Sweden and Norway during the Tour de Ski.
Kristine Stavå’s Skistad was once again out swinging, which causes Linn Svahn to react.
– It is disrespectful, says Svahn to Expressen.

There has always been a special competition between Swedish and Norwegian skiers. But during this year’s Tour de Ski, things have really heated up, and the outings are coming at increasingly regular intervals.

Skistad’s play

Recently, the Norwegian has Kristine Stavå’s Ski City created a lot of headlines here in Sweden. Partly because she is basically the only skater who can challenge our incredibly talented Swedish sprinters in the event. But also for his statements, piques, and cocky personality.

During the semi-final of the sprint in Davos, Kristine Stavås drove Skistad over Emma Riboms skis, causing her to fall and thus miss advancing to the final. The Swedish coaches protested against this in the jury room but were not heard as the jury saw it as a “race incident”.

Afterwards, Stavås Skistad, who left the Tour de Ski after the sprint, chose to mock the Swedes on Instagram.
“Go home and train. While the Swedes are busy in the jury room,” she wrote.

Svahn’s Wrath

The girl was not appreciated by the Swedish riders.
– I was not very surprised. We have seen that before. I think it will be a bit disrespectful and like salt in the wounds. At the same time, she can write what she wants, quite honestly I don’t care, says Emma Ribom to Expressen.

– She seems to want to be out and about on social media, says Frida Karlsson and believes that it is “typically Kristine”.

Lynn Svahnwho won the sprint in Davos after a fight against Stavås Skistad in the final, doesn’t think the Norwegian’s performance was okay.
– I think it’s disrespectful. If a rider has a day ruined for an incident, you must have a lot of respect in what you say afterwards.
– I know Emma and have a hard time seeing her fall the way she does if nothing happens. That’s how well I know she is. It takes a lot for you to sit on your butt if nothing happens, says Svahn to the evening newspaper.
