Linn Svahn is back at the top of the world again.
But the ski star refuses to open up completely to celebrity life.
And reveals why she won’t tell who the secret boyfriend is.
The Tour de Ski was a great revenge for Lynn Svahn who impressed greatly with three victories out of a possible seven. After a victory drought of over 1,000 days due to double operations and two years of injury absence, she is once again back at the top of the world.
Linn’s private life
She has had to fight hard both physically and mentally to find her way back to great shape again and the joy of skiing. Already as a 20-year-old, Svahn made a real breakthrough and her unique personality became something completely new in the skiing world.

Where many other national team colleagues and competitors are open about their private lives and share everyday life on social media, Linn goes her own way. She is very protective of her privacy and wants to keep her private life a secret.
– It has become more that I backed off even more, even though I was clear from the start that I have that need. I still feel that I can separate Linn and the skier – because at home I am Linn, I am not a skier. There I feel more that it is not Linn who is famous, but the skier, admits the 24-year-old in the SVT program “Kallprat”.
Svahn’s boyfriend
Svahn is very clear about why she does not want to reveal her private life in the public light.
– It is not a matter of course to be public just because I ski, I have not chosen to be public but I have chosen to succeed in my sport, which is a public thing. So I don’t think it should mean that you have the right to know what it looks like at home – or about my closest relationships, who my partner is, she says in the interview.
– I don’t think it should be a requirement, that I have to show it just because I choose to ski. I think I can be seen when I ski, then I won’t be seen. That’s how I would have liked it.

The SVT presenter Johan Kücükaslan then presses the Swedish ski star about her secret boyfriend and then she roars off with a very clear distancing.
– I would never talk about that, says Linn in the TV program and admits that she has been with him for three years.
