The Swedish biathlete Linn Persson has had shoulder surgery again. On Instagram, Persson writes that she is tired and dazed, but that the operation went well.
“Now awaits rehab, rehab and rehab again,” writes Persson.
Lynn Persson has been plagued with injury problems in recent seasons, and after last season she had surgery on both her shoulder and groin.
The article continues below.
However, the shoulder problems have continued – and during the WC in Nove Mesto in mid-February, it was announced that Persson would break the season after the championship, to undergo another operation.
Now the Swedish star announces that the shoulder operation has been completed – and that it has gone well.
“I’m looking forward to training and competing a lot in the future, and to get there now awaits rehab, rehab and rehab again. I just want to be able to put on a shirt myself first,” writes Persson on Instagram, see the picture below.
