Linköping HC pays attention to World Dyslexia Day by posting an entertaining clip with its players. It was appreciated.

“These videos brighten the day,” commented one person.

The Dyslexia Association has announced that this year’s dyslexia week is October 7-13. During these days attention is paid to the functional variation which usually means that the person in question has reading and writing difficulties. This year’s theme is “The right to develop throughout life”.

The SHL club’s unique feature

Some who would like to join the bandwagon and draw attention to World Dyslexia Day are the hockey club Linköping HC, belonging to the SHL. They have chosen to post a fun and educational video with their players on Instagram, where the selected hockey players got to test what it’s like to have dyslexia.

The social media team displays deliberately misspelled texts for players to try to read, but it turns out that understanding what is meant by the sentences is not so easy. Check out the clip below and you’ll see for yourself.

“Today is World Dyslexia Day, something we want to highlight by challenging the boys in the game “Encrypted” where a simple reading challenge is not always so easy,” writes the club on Instagram.

“Fun game,” comments one person.
“These videos brighten the day,” says another follower.
“Really fun game,” writes a third.
“HAHAHAHA,” one person laughs outright.
