(Finance) – Lindbergh signed an important multi-year contract worth 4.5 million of Euro (estimated on the basis of volumes expected for the duration of the contractual period), with a large industrial group already a customer.
The agreement, entered into in the form of binding letter of intent with the formula “3 + 2“(Minimum duration 3 years with automatic renewal for a further 2 years), will take effect from January 2023 and will be finalized with the drafting of a specific contract, expected by 30 June 2022.
The agreement, concerning the disbursement of spare parts management services, including storage and warehouse management, preparation and preparation of orders, assembly and transport of machinery and inbound transport, is of great interest strategic: on the one hand it allows Lindbergh a deeper integration e customer loyaltyalready a user of the in-night in-boot logistics service offered by Lindbergh, and, on the other hand, brings with him great development potential and offer of complementary services.
For the execution of the services covered by the Contract, they are provided for Lindbergh investments in equipment and technologies of warehousefalling under the plan “Industry 4.0”, for about 500 thousand euros.
