Lindbergh purchases two company branches in Verona

(Finance) – Lindbergha group listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the offering of logistics services, products and solutions, has concluded, through its subsidiary SMIT, a agreement for the acquisition of two company branches of the company respectively Alberti and of society RCR Technological Systemsheaded by the Alberti family and operating for over 30 years in the assistance and installation of heating and thermo-hydraulic systems in the lower Veneto region.
Based in Verona, the two companies are active in the construction, repair, maintenance, assistance and installation of plumbing and heating systems, boilers, plumbing, thermo-hydraulic systems and air conditioning and air conditioning systems. The two companies have achieved, as of December 31, 2023, a aggregate turnover of approximately 1.5 million euros with an EBITDA of approximately 140 thousand euros.

This operation is part of the group’s strategic line aimed at establishing, through the subsidiary SMIT, the first Italian industrial reality capable of providing technical assistance and installation services in the thermo-hydraulic sector throughout the national territory. In fact, with this operation SMIT will be able to directly supervise 40 technicians (due to an expected increase of around 10 technicians), with an expected increase in turnover of around 1.5 million euros on an annual basis.

SMIT will acquire the two business units for a total value of 577,000 euros, of which 325,000 euros as goodwill, 127,000 euros for the purchase of equipment and fixed assets, 125,000 euros for inventories of goods. The newcos will take on debts to employees for 89,000 euros, which will therefore be deducted from the total amount to be paid
