(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Lindbergha group listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the offer of logistics services, products and solutions, announced the expansion of the shareholder base with the entry of a leading professional investor specialized in investments in listed and listed Italian SMEs. The investor’s name was not disclosed.
The operation involved the purchase from PINVEST Srl (a company controlled by the chairman Marco Pomè) of 100,000 ordinary sharesequal to about1.18% of the capital. The transaction took place in the off-market blocks, at a price per share of 1.80 euro and for a countervalue of 180,000 euro.
Following the operation the floating it went from 29.74% to 30.29%.
