(Finance) – Lindbergha group listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in offering logistics services, products and solutions, has concluded a agreement for the acquisition of the business unit of the Alfatermica companybased in Parma and operating in the repair and maintenance of heating, air conditioning, burner and refrigerator systems. The acquired business unit consists of the entire customer package, the equipment needed to provide services, the final inventory of goods and a total of five employees.
The acquisition of the Alfatermica business unit is functional because allows the subsidiary Idro Calor to integrate skills and services also with regard to air conditioning and cooling systems. Furthermore, the operation consolidates the market position of Idro Calor in the Parma area and, in general, the presence of SMIT in the upper Emilia area. Alfartermica, as of 31 December 2023, achieved revenues of 676,503 euros, with an EBITDA of 96,904 euros and an active net financial debt (cash) of 101,602 euros.
The acquisition of the Alfatermica business unit, whose closing is expected by the end of June 2025, has a total value of 280,000 euros.
