Lindbergh buys 52 of Smit and strengthens Network management division

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Lindbergha group listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the offer of logistics services, products and solutions, has acquired 52% of Smita company active in the offer of heating and boiler maintenance systems and solutions, both for private customers and for companies.

The operation allows an expansion of the business unit “Network management“, which represents the heart of the company’s business and concerns the sale to mobile maintenance technicians of services and products, supplied by overnight delivery directly on board the vehicles in use (in-boot in-night service). With this acquisition, Lindbergh enters and extends its offer also to technicians dedicated to boiler maintenance.

Smit has achieved as of December 31, 2021 a sales equal to approximately 0.4 million euros and aEBITDA equal to approximately 23 thousand euros. 52% were purchased for 72,806.76 euros. Smit will remain at the helm of the founding partners Gian Luca Dilda, Angelo Cordaro and Davide Bignotti.
