(Finance) – Lindbergha group active in Italy and France in the MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) sector for the offer of logistics services for technical assistance networks and in the Waste Management – Circular Economy sector, announces the closing of acquisition transactions of the company branches by Alberti Sas and RCR announced at the beginning of March.
Lindbergh, through its subsidiary Smit Srl, has established two 100% owned newcos (Alberti Srl and RCR Srl), in which the business branches of Alberti Sas and RCR Impianti Tecnologica Srl respectively have been transferred. The total value of the two operations is equal to 577,000 euros, of which 325,000 euros for goodwill, 127,000 for the purchase of equipment and fixed assets and 125,000 for
inventories of goods.
