Since this season, Helbling has been working in Ede as head of training at DTS’35, the club where she has also been at the helm for the past seven years as head coach of the first women’s team. She became champion in the Topklasse twice. Helbling also works as a talent coach within the KNVB Youth Plan Netherlands. In her playing career, Helbling played for Blauw Geel ’55, VVOG, Puck Deventer, SC Muiden, Wartburgia ASV and DTS’35 Ede.
