Spotlight Hour on November 5th – Start and Bonuses
When does the spotlight hour start? As usual, the spotlight hour starts at 6:00 p.m. and is active for one hour. It ends again at 7:00 p.m.
Which bonuses are active? If you send Pokémon to the professor during the event, you will receive twice the amount of candies. This means you will receive 2 candies for every Pokémon sent.
Can you catch shiny antlers? Yes, if you’re lucky, you can also come across the shiny version of Gehweiher.
Is the spotlight hour worth it? Neither Crawler nor its evolution are strong attackers that you should bet on. Unfortunately, the two Pokémon are not among the best attackers in Pokémon GO, even in the battle league and raids.
If your Pokémon Box is full and you’ve been wanting to ship excess monsters for a while, then the Spotlight Hour bonus offers you the perfect opportunity to do so. By doubling the amount of candies you get for this, you can get some additional candies.
