Official partner of this 81st edition of the Venice Film Festival, Cartier organized an evening on the fringes of the festival with a host of stars in attendance. On September 1st, the brand published a video and photos of the event on its Instagram account. We can see that Isabelle Huppert looked ravishing in her sparkling dress. However, one beauty detail caught our attention. The Frenchwoman’s short nails were enhanced by a plain black varnish which brought a rebellious touch to her beauty look. The black manicure seems to be a beauty favorite of Isabelle Huppert who wears it frequently during her appearances, just like Sophie Marceau. At the Cannes Film Festival last May, at the last Berlinade or even at the César 2024 revelations evening: the 71-year-old star showed off her black nail polish.

In the photo posted by Cartier, we also notice the hair change made by Isabelle Huppert. It is with a modified hair color that she showed herself in Venice. While she had previously worn a Venetian blonde, the 71-year-old actress let herself be tempted by an ombré hair.
