RGG also presented a trailer that explains the main event of the Infinite Being game. In the story, the main character, Ichiban Kasuga, travels to Hawaii to find his long-lost mother, Akane. However, when he reaches Hawaii, he encounters many groups searching for his mother.
Kazuma Kiryu, the iconic character of the series, partners with Ichiban while trying to find Akane on behalf of the Daidoji group. They both come together to end the Yakuza’s rule in Japan.
RGG Studio states that in this game, Kiryu “engages in one last struggle in his final years”, perhaps indicating that Kiryu should take a break after Infinite Being.
