The UN mission in Libya calls for “de-escalation” and dialogue. Two armed groups have been clashing in the eastern and southern suburbs of Tripoli since Monday evening August 14. The tension had not subsided on Tuesday, and an initial report shows two people killed and more than thirty others injured, some of them in serious condition.
