Good art has to rub, it is said. And sanding, that is what is currently being done in Utrecht. The new work of art at the library on the Neude elicits many reactions. Some people are so appalled that they’ve signed a petition calling for the colorful neon installation “Intellectual Heritage” to be removed. Yet there is also appreciation.
