Thousands of people gathered on Saturday January 18 in northern Liberia for the funeral of the former warlord turned politician, Prince Johnson, renowned for his cruelty and a major player in the civil wars which ravaged Liberia between 1989 and 2003. Prince Johnson died on November 28, 2024 at the age of 72.
