Liane Foly is a fan of hyaluronic acid injections
The one who celebrated her 60th birthday last December readily admits it: she did have recourse to aesthetic medicine procedures to counter the effects of time. The Frenchwoman displays a radiant face and little marked wrinkles that she owes to several injections. However, the singer is clear: she has not had major cosmetic surgery. “JI have never had a facelift while some are convinced. I just do hyaluronic acid injections that fade over time, but neither Botox nor heavy surgery”she said in Gala. If she is a fan of injections, Liane Foly maintains that “aging is good”, but that she wants to put her cards on the table with her fans. “I specify that, not to justify myself, but because it is such a subject to toxic controversy that I need some transparency”, she confided. The one who is from Lyon assumes having had recourse to aesthetic medicine, without complex: “I’m not ashamed of my choices, they are also the woman I am and I accept them. I do what I can, like everyone else, to achieve a much desired well-being”.

Liane Foly has always been transparent about cosmetic surgery, speaking openly about the rhinoplasty she underwent when she was 17. “25 years later, people still talk to me about my rhinoplasty. I’m totally sincere about that.” she pointed out in Gala. Although she does not regret her choice to have her nose redone, Liane Foly is not sure that she would try the experience again. “When we get older, we say to ourselves: ‘I did not have the maturity perhaps to accept myself as I was and to love this nose’. Today, with my path, everything I’ve done, I might not do it again”the star confessed on the show In the Retro on France Bleu in April 2023.
