Local Important came after the elections with seven seats in the city council, the CDA has four and Social Leusden one. Council member Guus van Ginkel left the SP in January, took his seat with him and continued under the name ‘Social Leusden’. Together they account for 12 of the 23 seats. This variant was not preferred by the scouts Wilma de Boer-Leijsma and Bert Blase, but is now considered the most feasible. The scouts now recommend appointing another scout to see whether an agreement between these three parties is really possible.
