Leusden asks objectors Wmo income test for patience until appeal decision

Leusden has now indicated that it will appeal in that case, in order to ask the court whether the income test may still be used. The Social Support Act (Wmo), which covers domestic help, expressly states that an income test is not part of the scheme. But Leusden also reads terms such as self-reliance and capacity in the law, and thinks a financial check is a good way to test that.
