The children’s debate is an initiative of the CDA in Woudenberg, but all parties are allowed to participate. “It is very important that children learn what politics is and how to treat each other with respect,” explains Gerben Heldoorn. “It is important that we live in a democracy, that your voice matters. And that you can determine your own point of view, without interrupting the other.”
