Leo Borg went straight out in the first round of the Stockholm Open.
In the stands in the Royal Tennis Hall, his girlfriend Elvira Hedlund sat and supported her love. Now she breaks the silence about a special deal they have in their relationship.

Lost in the Stockholm Open
Leo Borg hasn’t made much of a splash yet in the tennis world, but he’s taking small steps forward all the time. Unfortunately, his world ranking (590) is not enough to qualify for ATP tournaments, but of course he was awarded a wildcard to the home tournament Stockholm Open.

Leo’s words about love
She went on to say how proud she is to see her boyfriend playing big games around the world. On home court in the Royal Tennis Hall, it was of course also special to follow him.
– It is big. I’m super proud, you couldn’t be prouder. It’s very nerve-wracking to watch, but great fun at the same time. He did well, especially in the second set. Too bad it wasn’t enough, she says.
After the loss, Leo Borg also got the chance to talk about Elvira and how much she means to him. Both for him as a person and as a tennis player.

– Elvira means a lot to me. My whole team and she have a very big part in my personal development. They do an amazing job and are very special to me. She left her job for me, so I’m very grateful for that. We have a lot of fun together, she helps me and supports me 110 percent. So yes, she is a very important person to me, he says.
