(Finance) – Lemon Systemsa company that deals with the design, supply and installation of photovoltaic, thermo-hydraulic and storage systems, is ready to land on Piazza Affari with a capitalization of approximately 12 million euros, after having harvest 2 million euros. The price of placement is equal to 1.47 euros per share, at the lower limit of the range identified previously (1.47-1.70 euros per share). The floating stands at 14.54%.
L’post-listing shareholding sees: Danilo Palazzolo at 50.61%, Maria Laura Spagnolo at 6.14%, Vincenzo Palazzolo at 4.70%, Salvatore Spagnolo at 4.70%, Pietro Spagnolo at 4.70%, Giorgio Mirabella at 4.70% , Eloisa Palazzolo at 4.15%, Salvatore Bommarito at 2.89%, Enrico Rizzo at 2.89%.
The board of directors, appointed by the meeting of 19 December 2023 and who will remain in office until the date of approval of the financial statements as of 31 December 2025, is composed of: Maria Laura Spagnolo, President of the Board of Directors and CEO; Danilo Palazzolo, CEO; Salvatore Bommarito, Councilor; Salvatore Spagnolo, Director; Andrea Maralla, Independent Director.
