The trial against Johanna Janssonas previously called Johanna Leshem Janssonand Maja Hellman is currently taking place in the Göta Court of Appeal.
They are both charged with the murder of Tove in Vetlanda. She went missing on October 16, 2022, and her body was not found until November 2, 2022.
Both defendants are expected to be heard in court today, but first the medical examiner’s statements are to be discussed. One of those heard is the coroner and the professor Anders Eriksson.
Leif GW Persson’s laugh when the coroner is heard
When he is questioned by Johanna Jansson’s lawyer, Clea Sangbornabout how it is that the medical examiner’s report lacked documented injuries to Toves tongue bone, he replies that you cannot determine how long the stranglehold was held.
Why not? Has both Berge, Lazarevic and Szilk (coroner editor’s note) assessed that?, asks Sangborn.
– I don’t know what it would be based on. Can’t see that there is any scientific evidence that says that certain findings require a certain amount of time for them to appear, Eriksson then replies.
One who is present in the courtroom is Leif GW Perssonwho at Eriksson’s answer laughs both loudly and loudly, somewhat The Express reports on.
