The legislative elections in Kosovo are held today, in a context of increasing tensions with Serbia and the Serbian minority in Kosovo. The outgoing Prime Minister, the nationalist Albin Kurti, transformed this ballot into a real referendum, sixteen years after the independence of the former Serbian province, obtained with the support of Westerners.
