17-year-old Tim Walker from London comes to the renowned Mozart boarding school (with strong Harry Potter vibes) in the Austrian Alps. Here he’s supposed to show what he’s capable of as a singer… and suddenly he’s actually turned on by a clock magical world of the magic flute promoted. There, as Prince Tamino, he meets famous characters such as Papageno (Game of Thrones star Iwan Rheon).
The German production The Magic Flut is being produced as a fantasy epic by star director Roland Emmerich (Independence Day, Moonfall) – which was announced 5 years ago and is now becoming reality.
