Three Lebanese Hezbollah operatives were injured on Wednesday by Israeli gunfire near the border with Israel. “Suspects approached the security fence with Lebanon and tried to sabotage it”, according to the Israeli army. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, deployed in southern Lebanon to ensure the maintenance of the truce between the two countries, spoke of “worrying reports of an incident along the Blue Line”.
