Lauri Markkanen was Utah’s most effective player when the team came from a clear losing position to victory against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Lauri Markkanen Utah rose to victory in the NBA basketball league against the Milwaukee Bucks. Utah was already behind by 14 points at the beginning of the final quarter, but finally managed to win with a score of 123–108.

Markkanen excelled as Utah’s best scorer. Markkanen, who worked for more than 36 minutes, scored 21 points, grabbed three rebounds and made two basket assists.

Especially in the final quarter, Markkanen threw a few big baskets in the middle. At the beginning of the quarter, the Finn was bringing Utah back into the match from a 14-point deficit. He also finally took the fifth successful three-pointer of the night to give Utah a 104-102 lead.

Utah had the most points in the second quarter, during which the difference would be as much as 19 points. During the quarter, Utah lost the ball as many as nine times and had to go into the break trailing by 16 points.

Emotions heated up in the match right at the end of the second quarter. The situation started when Collin Sexton would elbow the Milwaukee superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo on the head when making a basket.

Sexton’s former teammate Malik Beasley didn’t digest the situation, but kept bumping into Sexton. Sexton easily fell to the ground, but then got up to ask Beasley about the situation.

– This is a competition. I’m not angry at all. “I think it’s a way to compete,” Sexton said of his feud with Beasley.

Antetokounmpo lay on the ground for a while, but was able to continue the match. The superstar supported his team by scoring 33 points. Another top star Damian Lillard scored only 12 points

Beating the Bucks was a tough decision for Utah, as Milwaukee is second in the Eastern Conference. Utah, on the other hand, holds the last playoff spot in the West, i.e. tenth place.
