A little over two weeks ago, the Social Democrat Member of Parliament Magnus Manhammar demanded an apology from the Sweden Democrats’ group leader Christopher Larsson. The reason was that in a post on social media, Larsson had marked likes with a laughing smiley when it was written about throwing darts on Magnus Manhammar’s election poster.
Christopher Larsson (SD) then said that the reaction was not thought through, but that Manhammar’s reaction to it was exaggerated.
Report the incident to the police
Now he himself has been hit by an arrow on his election poster – and must immediately report the incident to the police.
– Someone has sabotaged the sign, made lots of holes in it and put a dart in it and left it outside our polling booth. We will make a police report so that this will be sorted out, says Christopher Larsson (SD).
You didn’t seriously consider Magnus Manhammar getting an arrow on his board, what do you think about that today?
– I think that the discussion was not about the same thing. I can’t speak for Magnus, but it’s obviously sad if he felt uncomfortable about it. But this is a direct threat to me as a person. If there is someone who wants an election poster after the election and throw darts at me, they are welcome to do so.
