  • Hello

I wonder why the Kurds are against Swedish NATO membership?

    The stomach

It is not that the “Kurds” are automatically against Swedish NATO membership. Today’s demonstration has been organized by the Kurdish Democratic Community Center, an organization that is critical of the Turkish state.

They are critical of the ongoing negotiations between Sweden and Turkey regarding the NATO application, which, among other things, relate to extradition agreements.

  • Why is Koran burning allowed with the support of the Freedom of Expression Act? Shouldn’t it be classified as incitement against a ethnic group and thus be punishable?

    Anna

Good question! I think it is the case that if Rasmus Paludan had incited crime, encouraged people to attack Muslims, then the judgment would probably have been different. But burning a Koran is within the law.

There is a good clip on SVT where Joakim Nergelius, professor of jurisprudence at Örebro University, explains this a little better!

  • Will there be a new special event today as a solution to the gang problems?

    Leif

The police have an ongoing “special event” due to the wave of gang violence in Stockholm.

Here you can read about it.

  • Now that Turkey is demanding mass extraditions. Then Sweden should be able to demand extradition of the Kurdish fox?

    Stay

Fair question anyway Bo. Don’t have an answer, but we’ll try to ask someone who does.
