UK: Risk of Russian New Year attacks

today at 09.02 Jacob Ruderstam

In its daily update on the war in Ukraine, the British Ministry of Defense warns of more Russian attacks in the coming days.

The Ministry of Defense mentions the recent weeks’ major attacks against Ukrainian regions, and writes that Russia appears to carry out major attacks every seven or every ten days.

“There is a realistic possibility that Russia will break that pattern to strike again in the coming days in an attempt to undermine the morale of the Ukrainian population during the New Year period,” the ministry writes on Twitter.
