Two trains have collided in Spain – at least 70 injured
Two trains have collided in Catalonia in northern Spain on Wednesday morning, Reuters reports.
At least 70 people are said to have been injured and 18 ambulance units have been called to the scene. How serious the accident is currently unclear, writes VG.
El Pais writes that one train must have driven into the other train from behind at a train station north of Barcelona shortly before 08:00 in the morning.

Two out of three Swedes positive about NATO membership
An increasing number of voters have a positive attitude towards NATO, according to a new party sympathy survey produced by Statistics Sweden.
In total, 67.8 percent of voters state that they are fairly or very favorably disposed towards NATO. This is an increase of 5.3 percentage points compared to the measurement in May.
Wanted man taken by police after taxi ride
A taxi driver contacted the police on Tuesday evening after driving a customer who could not pay for his journey, which went from Norrköping to Tensta outside Stockholm.
The customer, a man in his 60s, acted drunk and when the police arrived at the scene, a small quantity of narcotics was also discovered.
The man also turned out to be wanted by the Correctional Service due to mismanaged parole.
He was taken into custody by the police.
At least 25 people arrested – said to have planned a coup d’état
At least 25 people have reportedly been arrested in Germany in a nationwide dawn raid against the far-right Reichsbürger network.

Norwegian police warn motorists of snow chaos on the West Coast
Norwegian police stand on the Swedish side of the Svinesund Bridge and warn of snow chaos as a result of the snowfall that hit parts of western Sweden on Wednesday morning, reports Gothenburg Post.

Sweden’s A-funds have not yet got the systems up and running

According to the police, a perpetrator allegedly tried to enter the police station on a motorcycle and detonated a bomb.
The perpetrator himself died in the incident and the police are now investigating whether he has connections to any extremist group.

The average Swede spends an average of SEK 6,060 on Christmas celebrations, according to a recurring survey that Nordea, with the help of Kantar Sifo, does before every Christmas, reports TT.
For the second year in a row, the sum is falling and considering inflation, the decline is greater this year, if you look at what you get for the money.
Last year the Swede spent 6,500 kroner on Christmas and the year before 6,800 kroner.
According to the survey, what the Christmas celebrators focus on is the Christmas presents. The cost of food, decorations and other celebrations is about the same as last year, writes TT.
