Four people have been arrested for attempted murder in Örnsköldsvik.

This is stated by the government of the war-torn East African country.
Early Saturday morning, state media reports that the attack is over.
The hotel is located by the sea and has high state representatives as frequent visitors.
Al-Shabab, which has carried out acts of terror against the internationally recognized Somali government for the past 15 years, claims to be behind this attack as well.
