Scooter thief caught – forced to call for help
A large search effort in the Luleå area on Tuesday came to an unexpected end.
As early as 03:00 in the morning, the 35-year-old man alerted the police. He had gotten stuck with the scooter and didn’t know where he was. Then the call was cut off and the police could not reach him.
A rescue operation was launched with, among other things, dogs and a helicopter and. It wasn’t until 4pm that the man was found in the forest – 13 hours after the alarm came in.
Then it turned out that he had stolen the scooter.
– That is what we suspect. That is what he is arrested for, says the police’s external commander Anders Englund SVT News Norrbotten.
The man was awake and talkative but probably chilled when he was found. He was taken to hospital by police helicopter.

Shot man found in Sätra
A man with a gunshot wound is found outdoors in Sätra in southern Stockholm. He is currently being cared for by police officers at the scene.
An operation has been launched but it is not yet classified as a crime, according to the police in the Stockholm region.
At around 20:30, another man was found shot north of Stockholm. It is not known if there is any connection between the events, but we are now reporting further on both here.
Man shot in Rissne
A man has been shot in Rissne in Sundbyberg outside Stockholm.
– Police and ambulance are currently on the scene, says Ola Österling, press spokesperson for the police in the Stockholm region.
The police received information tonight that a shooting had taken place in Rissne.
When the police arrived, they found a man shot.
– The alarm came in at 20.30. says Ola Österling.
Ambulance and police are currently on the scene.
No one has been arrested.
A criminal investigation into attempted murder has been launched, the police write on their website.

The police union has confidence in Thornberg
The president of the police association, Katharina von Sydow, has continued confidence in the national police chief, Anders Thornberg.
She tells Sweden’s radio that.
– Given the meeting we had today, I have confidence in Anders Thornberg, she says in Studio One.

Over 800 poisoned youth in Iran
Hundreds of schoolgirls in Iran have been exposed to poisoning in various places in the country, reports the BBC.
According to the channel, there are at least 830 school youth.
No deaths have been reported.
The incident has caused great frustration among the public and last week the Attorney General announced that a criminal investigation would be opened.
“You have a responsibility to ensure the safety of my children! I have two daughters,” said one person in a video on social media.
Some parents have said that their children were sick for several weeks after the poisoning.
Juha Valjakkala is dead

The triple murderer in Åmsele, Juha Valjakkala is dead, according to Finnish Iltalehti newspaper.
Valjakkala was sentenced to life imprisonment for three murders in Åmsele in 1988. All victims belonged to the same family.
He served his sentence in Finland.
Valjakkala later changed her name to Nikita Bergenström.

Two injured in workplace accident
A construction worker has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a workplace accident in Norrtälje north of Stockholm.
– It happened during the unloading of a concrete block where a construction worker got a concrete block over his legs and is being transported to hospital with serious injuries in an ambulance helicopter, says Ola Österling, press officer at the police in the Stockholm region.
Another person had to be taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The site has been cordoned off and a criminal investigation into work environment violations has been launched.
Rasmus Paludan is being sued for millions

A Muslim man from the Netherlands has submitted an individual lawsuit against the Danish-Swedish right-wing extremist Rasmus Paludan to the Stockholm District Court.
This is reported by the Siren news agency.
The Dutch man wants Rasmus Paludan to be forced to pay 44 million euros, which corresponds to approximately 487 million Swedish kronor, as he is considered to have caused an unsafe social climate for the public as a result of his Koran fires.
The amount is then to be donated to institutions that receive care for people with special needs, according to the lawsuit filed.

The autopsy report after 21-year-old Tove’s death in Vetlanda is now ready. The Forensic Medicine Agency announced this on Tuesday, writes Vetlanda-Posten.
Almost four months have passed since Tove was found dead in a wooded area outside Vetlanda.
Two women, an 18-year-old and a 20-year-old, are in custody on suspicion of murder and breach of peace after Tove’s death in October last year.

Student stabbed at school
A student in his lower teens allegedly injured another student with a knife at a school in Bollnäs.
The injuries are not said to have been serious, but the student was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The incident is classified by the police as serious assault. The injuries have been documented, the knife has been seized and interviews with school staff have been carried out. Social services have also been involved in the case.
Student arrested after death threats against staff
A high school student is arrested after threatening to kill two people who work at the school.
After the threat, the student left the school and was later arrested in another of the school’s buildings, according to the Uppsala police. The arrest went smoothly.
The student was later released, but the suspicions remain and concern preparation for murder, alternatively murder.
Nuclear reactor is taken out of service after damage

Oskarshamn 3 is taken out of operation temporarily, reports DN.
The cause is a fuel leak that was discovered a couple of weeks ago, causing small amounts of fuel to escape into the process water.
The reactor, which is Sweden’s largest, will be switched off on Friday and will be unavailable to contribute to the electricity system for eight days.

Why raise the proposal for a possible driver’s license for an A-tractor? If it is decided, it will take several years before it comes into force. Talk about it in like 5 years, nothing will happen in the next few years, it will be dealt with in the EU countries.
