Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) is concerned about the crisis in top police management, he says in TV4’s Nyhetsmorgon during Wednesday morning. – I am very concerned and it is damaging to trust, so I hope that it can be resolved as soon as possible, says Kristersson.

At the same time, he maintains that trust in the Police Authority remains and emphasizes that an internal investigation into the events is currently underway.

The accusations concern, among other things, police reports against Stockholm’s regional police chief, Mats Löfving, and accusations of wrongdoing in connection with the appointment of Linda Staaf as head of intelligence at the National Operational Department.
