Tried to run over the police – ended up in a car chase
A passenger car is said to have tried to run over a motorcycle police officer on Friday evening, reports P4 Väst.
The police then allegedly chased the motorist on the E45 in the direction of Vänersborg.
According to the radio, parts of the car chase took place in the opposite lane to the traffic and were finally interrupted by the police in central Vänersborg.

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate’s house arrest is extended for 30 days, reports the Romanian newspaper Mediafax.
Tate was arrested on December 29 after heavily armed police raided his and brother Tristan Tate’s luxury villa in Romania.
The brothers are accused of rape and human trafficking, and the authorities suspect that the brothers, together with two Romanian men, created an “organized criminal group with the aim of recruiting and exploiting women”.
They were released from custody in March this year. However, they are not allowed to leave the country but are placed under house arrest.

The social media platform Twitter has suffered from IT disruptions. According to Downdetector, the problems peaked around 8 p.m.
The hacker group Anonymous Sudan, which previously stated that they committed overload attacks against, among other things, Swedish authorities, has taken responsibility for the problems.
“The reason for our attack is that we want to send a message to Elon Musk,” writes Anonymous Sudan in Telegram.
15 men in fight on Norwegian holiday flight
15 people have been arrested after a big fight on a Norwegian flight from Oslo to Alicante, reports VG.

The transport was part of a convoy of eight vehicles before the 33-year-old lorry driver went off a motorway and overturned.
“The truck fell right on top of the robots. Fortunately, the ammunition did not explode,” Russian Telegram channel Baza said.
The Russian soldier reportedly broke his arm in the accident, according to the channel. He then failed the alcohol test.
The air defense system is used against aircraft, drones and cruise robots, and is said to cost $160 million.

Teenager arrested on suspicion of rape
A teenage boy has been arrested on suspicion of rape in Linköping.
According to the police, he is suspected of having raped a girl in a residence.

Bandido man arrested on scooter – sentenced
A Bandido member was caught red-handed while riding an electric scooter wearing a bulletproof vest and a loaded gun, reports Gothenburg Post.

Blown up outside synagogue in 1980 – now sentenced to prison
A court in France has sentenced a man for an explosion outside a synagogue in Paris in 1980, TT reports.
Four people died in the act and around 20 were injured.
The bomber, who is 69 years old, has citizenship in Lebanon and Canada. He denies wrongdoing and claims he was in Lebanon at the time of the crime.
The 69-year-old is suspected of having placed the bomb in a bag on a motorcycle parked next to the synagogue in the French capital.
According to the prosecutor, the man must have acted on behalf of the Palestinian militant organization PFLP.
However, no group has claimed responsibility for the crime.
Three-day ceasefire in Sudan

Sudan’s army has agreed to a temporary ceasefire that will last for three days, Reuters reports.
Fighting between the army and the paramilitary group RSF has been ongoing since April 15 when negotiations to incorporate the RFS into the national defense broke down.
Three people to hospital after car accident
The police have been called to Karlskoga due to a kitchen coat.
Six people are said to be involved in the accident, of which three of them were taken to hospital by ambulance.
