The 29-year-old man was clocked for 152 kilometers per hour where the speed limit was 100. Once the police stopped the car, it turned out that the man behind the wheel lacked a driver’s license and in the back seat were his two children without seat belts or car seats – and the youngest lying on his side, writes Norrbottens- The courier.

It was on national highway 97 at the height of Sävast that the speed was checked one day last week, but due to heavy traffic the police stopped the car first in Luleå.

The 29-year-old said he was in a hurry to drop off his wife at work and the children at school and preschool.

He also stated that he is getting his driver’s license but failed the theory test earlier this year. (TT)
