Dog attacked elderly woman

The police have been called to Kyrkbyn in Gothenburg after a dog attacked a woman in her 70s.

The dog allegedly injured the woman in the leg, causing her to start bleeding and ruin her trousers.

After the attack, the dog owners must have left the scene and disappeared into a stairwell, the police write on their website.

    – They found the woman locked in a car. She was not conscious and they smashed a window, says Hans-Jörgen Ostler.

    The woman could not explain how she ended up there. The police have impounded the car and are investigating the incident as a kidnapping.

    No one has been arrested so far. The woman should not have any serious injuries.
