A 77-year-old man has been found in the rubble in Turkey – eight days after the earthquake, reports Reuters.

Man stabbed in the back
A man has been stabbed in the back in Kungshamn, the police write on their website.
The man states that he was jumped on by several people who hit him on the head and scratched him with a knife-like object.
He has now been taken to hospital by ambulance.
The police have opened a preliminary investigation into attempted murder.
The bomb shelter in place in Luleå
A suspected dangerous object has been found at an address in a residential area in Luleå.
Now the bomb shelter is in place to investigate it.
– It arrived in the morning. We handle it as suspiciously dangerous and have contacted competence to investigate what it is about, says police spokesperson Elisabeth Glaas.
There is no information that residents in the area have been evacuated.
Suspected serious crime in the archipelago – operation with maritime police

A major police operation is underway in Stockholm’s archipelago after a suspected serious crime.
– A find has been made in the water that interested us. We don’t know what it is and I won’t try to describe what it looks like to you, says police spokesperson Daniel Wikdahl.
Maritime police and technicians have been called in to investigate the find.
– You try to investigate it without destroying anything. We also secure tracks, says Daniel Wikdahl.
Guest abused restaurant staff
Police and an ambulance were called to a restaurant on Södermalm in Stockholm on Tuesday, after a guest abused one of the staff.
The restaurant does not serve alcohol but the guest, a man in his 50s, brought his own drink.
“The assault was preceded by the fact that despite this, the guest was drinking beer inside the premises,” the police write.
The US wants to send Iran’s weapons to Ukraine
The US is considering sending weapons seized from Iran-backed rebels in Yemen to Ukraine, reports say The Wall Street Journal.
5,000 automatic carbines, 1.6 million cartridges and armor-piercing rounds are included in the weapons package, according to the newspaper.
According to the UN, seized military equipment must be destroyed or defended, but the White House is now trying to round off the regulations.
Erdogan: The earthquake as powerful as a nuclear bomb
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan states that 35,418 people died in the country after the earthquakes.
He also describes the power of them:
– The two earthquakes were as powerful as atomic bombs, he says according to Reuters.
Private person arrested suspected robber
A private person intervened when a man in his 20s threatened a boy with a knife in Södertälje. The boy was robbed of cash but was not physically harmed.
– The private person saw parts of the incident and arrested the man. My impression is that things have gone smoothly, says Daniel Wikdahl, press spokesperson at the Stockholm Police.
The suspected robber sat in the private person’s car waiting for the police.
A girl has also been checked by the police and is suspected of being involved in the robbery.
Cyber attack against SAS
The airline SAS has been subjected to a cyber attack which means that the website does not work as it should, reports TT.
– We, just like other actors, have been exposed to a cyber attack today, says Anna Sandell, press manager at SAS to TT.
It is not yet known who is behind the attack.
– We can only see that they are down and we are working hard to restore them and stop the attack.
Blood trails in the snow: “Several reindeer shot”
Sirge’s Sami village suspects that several of their reindeer have been shot outside Harads in Boden municipality.
The police have moved out with a helicopter after the discovery that was made on Monday, according to Sami Radio.
“One of the reindeer appears to have been dragged to a car and the others have run injured into the forest,” reports the SR channel.
In pictures, traces of blood can be seen in the snow. The police have started a preliminary investigation – but do not yet know whether it is a hunting crime or a traffic accident.
Eight-year-old girl found
The police searched for an eight-year-old girl who disappeared in Klippan, in Skåne County, during the afternoon.
At 5:30 p.m., the police announced that the girl had been found and that she was doing well.
One dead and two injured after collision
A man has died after a car and a minibus collided near Oskarshamn.
Two people were injured in connection with the accident.
– They should not be seriously injured, says police spokesperson Jimmy Modin.
Next of kin have been notified.
